We are Rodrigo and Ricardo and our lives have been entirely defined by a singular pursuit: the perfect ride.
With over 15 years of combined experience in the premium cycling industry, our foundation was forged in the workshops and showrooms of Portugal’s most elite specialty bike shops. We know what it takes to tune a high-performance carbon machine to absolute perfection, and we intimately understand the exacting standards of riders who demand nothing but the best.
However, our true expertise was earned out on the trails and the tarmac. For years, we have been deeply embedded in the competitive and recreational cycling community, participating in and orchestrating a multitude of amateur races, events, and highly curated social rides across mountain biking, road, and gravel. We have learned firsthand what makes a route flow, what logistics are required to support a peloton seamlessly, and which invisible details transform a grueling stage into an unforgettable triumph.
This project is the culmination of our life’s work. We created this company with one uncompromising vision: to distill our deep-rooted industry expertise into the ultimate luxury cycling getaway. We wanted to open the doors to the Oeste - a region blessed with Portugal’s most breathtaking and diverse landscapes - through a lens of pure exclusivity.
Drawing on our years of event organization, we have designed a journey where every mechanical nuance, every luxury transfer, and every fine-dining reservation is anticipated and flawlessly executed.

With a decade in the premium cycling industry, my expertise lies in high-end customer service and matching riders with their perfect setup. I constantly track the latest market innovations, but my true knowledge was earned on the terrain.
Driven by an absolute passion for all cycling disciplines, I’ve participated in over 100 events and organized countless road and MTB social rides.
At AGE, I blend this technical precision my experience in the saddle and my "Oeste" region knowledge to guarantee to you an amazing overall experience. Your only job is to enjoy the ride.
With six years as a professional shop mechanic and hands-on experience supporting teams in professional races, my ultimate goal is mechanical perfection. I know exactly what it takes to keep a high-performance machine running flawlessly under pressure.
Beyond the workshop, I’ve co-organized numerous social rides and tackled dozens of Granfondos as a passionate road cyclist, though I find myself increasingly drawn to the untamed freedom of gravel.
